Course Facilitators
"Kingdom Leadership"

Wayne Back was originally a physicist and has spent three decades helping various types of people and organisations develop their management, leadership and organisational capacities. He also consults with various types of organisations in strategic development and cultural change programs. He has a particular passion for entrepreneurship, helping people and organisations to harness their passions and strengths to identify and seize the opportunities. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours), a Diploma in Ministry and a Masters in Management with a major in organisational development

Wayne Back has spent three decades helping people and organisations develop their leadership,  entrepreneurship and cultural change programs.  He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours), a Diploma in Ministry and a Masters in Management with a focus in organisational development.

Mariberta Byler - Facilitator and Translator
Mariberta Byler is dedicated to developing people’s identity and potential in Christ through mentoring, local church and discipleship programs such as La Industria. She has a Diploma in Foreign Language Education and two decades of experience teaching, translating and interpreting
