This course has been everything I expected and more. It gives tools to create personal, church or business structures with biblical foundations to advance the visions that God has given to each of us. They are clear steps to achieve what God wants for us (more than we imagine). He was very useful and has presented the sessions very clearly and it is clear that they are years of study and work that he shares with us. I recommend it for people for your personal life, to have a better foundation and foundation in God. "Kingdom Foundations"

Wayne Back was originally a physicist and has spent three decades helping various types of people and organisations develop their management, leadership and organisational capacities. He also consults with various types of organisations in strategic development and cultural change programs. He has a particular passion for entrepreneurship, helping people and organisations to harness their passions and strengths to identify and seize the opportunities. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours), a Diploma in Ministry and a Masters in Management with a major in organisational development
Wayne Back - Facilitator
Wayne Back has spent three decades helping people and organisations develop their leadership,  entrepreneurship and cultural change programs.  He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours), a Diploma in Ministry and a Masters in Management with a focus in organisational development.

Darren with his wife Mariberta led the youth ministry "La Industria" for 15 years and has a passion for seeing believers turn into disciples. He has 20 years’ experience in software design and he enjoys working with small clients and global businesses; from helping charities achieve a web presence to implementing large global IT network & software systems.
